Guest House

The repurposing of a corner building, which was originally designed as a convenience store with a studio above it. The design restores the facades to their original architectural form and opens the ground floor as an accessible, public art gallery. As a result, the building regains its historic character and once again plays an active role within the square. The upper floors are converted into a B&B, adding social and economic value, thereby contributing to the vibrancy and identity of the neighborhood.
